A day at the UB City Mall, Bangalore

A fine Saturday, on a day off at college, me and my friends decided to wander around the city to explore new places.We started our day at Bangalore Palace and then ate lunch under the trees at Cubbon Park and walked towards our final destination for the day, the UB City Mall, Bangalore. We started walking towards it, everyone being tired and excited at the same time. It was during the Christmas season and hence was worth the wait. The spectacular decorations right from the entrance to the top were so marvellous that it instantly became one of the best places I have visited. Here are few best and favourite ones of the hundreds of photographs I clicked there.     The Main Entrance Never have I seen such a beautiful entrance. This increased the excitement about what was awaiting us within.    The Royal Staircase Nothing, in my opinion attracts attention like the colour red. And these staircases added on the attention with it's bright velvet touch and simple decorations....

Sparkles of the Season

when life gets blurry and out of focus, create a bokeh! This picture was clicked during the Christmas season of 2018 in my native place, Kerala. We usually don't burst fireworks for any occasion while in Bangalore and hence I did not want to miss the opportunity this time. I tried capturing a lot of them including ground spinners, sparklers, rockets, smoke bombs and firecrackers and I found it very difficult with the fountain in particular as my camera would not focus no matter how much I tried. It took almost a few minutes for me to realize that it was creating a bokeh on its own, and once I realized it, I immediately took many shots of them and this was the best one among it having the best coloured bokeh and a silhouette of my neighbour standing in front of it. life is like fireworks.
